Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team to deliver a distinctive customer experience — greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and Walgreens service traits.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items.
• Registers purchases on the cash register, handles payments, processes returns and exchanges as needed; maintains accuracy.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; inventories and checks in prices as directed by management.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains promotional displays; completes resets and revisions as directed; assists with stock rotation and proper product placement.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment; provides service in photo area and with digital passport photo service.
• Manages web pick-up orders; fills orders and delivers to customers upon arrival at store; assists with exterior and interior maintenance.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
