Domino's Pizza in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking crew members to uphold brand standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance while delivering friendly service.

You will promote menu items, assist in food preparation, operate the pizza oven, box orders for delivery or carryout, answer store phones with urgency, and contribute to a teamwork-focused, energetic environment. Transportation to shifts is required.

Formación

• Customer service oriented with clear communication
• Ability to use a computer-based order entry system
• Willingness to learn food prep and store procedures

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
• To have transportation to and from work to be able to be on time to scheduled shifts
