Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mississippi to be the first contact for customers, taking orders and representing the Domino’s brand with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role involves maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with food safety, supporting inventory, and contributing to a positive team environment while delivering excellent service and growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older and able to participate in required training.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
