Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Customer Experience teammate to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience in the store. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and operate the register to complete sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges, and supporting displays and stock rotation. English fluency and a flexible schedule are required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Register purchases, process returns, exchanges, and other transactions as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; check in and price merchandise.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize loss and comply with laws for regulated products.
• Assist with displays, resets, and product placement; support photo area and web pickup duties.
