Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience in retail or related sectors. Part-time hours, perks, and friendly team support are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, and other physical activities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and restock merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
