Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on the assigned cash register and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items and supports upsell opportunities.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandises displays, and maintains accurate pricing and inventory.
• Handles returns, exchanges, rain checks, and voids as needed while following store procedures.
• Provides customer service in the photo area (passport photos, poster prints, etc.) and supports web pick-up orders.
• Maintains store appearance and completes maintenance tasks as directed by management.
• Assists with asset protection procedures and adheres to company policies.
