Job summary

You will work with colleagues as a team, help train new staff, stay reliable and punctual, and respond promptly to management requests. A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask will help you succeed and please customers.

Responsibilities

• Presents a neat, clean appearance, in company uniform
• Greets each customer with a smile and a welcome or departure
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for customers
• Serves customers according to company procedures and standards
• Cooperates with peers and works as part of a team
• Helps new employees through training and orientation
• Demonstrates patience and understanding when training others
• Keeps other employees informed about what he/she is doing
• Understands posted work schedule and reports on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks
• Provides appropriate notice when unable to be at work
• Provides written notice for being late or absent as required
• Understands and uses approved timekeeping system
• Is open and receptive to requests from management, flexible and dependable
• Demonstrates a positive attitude with management and adjusts to changes
• Maintains a high activity level, takes initiative and energy on the job
• Helps others when needed and maintains a sense of urgency to please the customer
• Able to multitask and finish tasks completely once begun
