Weis Markets is hiring a Customer Experience Attendant at our York County, PA location. You will greet customers, assist with carts, help load groceries, and keep the store and parking areas clean. You’ll support cashiers, respond to pages, and help with safety and housekeeping to ensure great shopper experiences.

Education to GED level is acceptable and no prior experience is required. This role emphasizes teamwork and a respectful, helpful approach to customers and co-workers.

Qualificações

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers in a cheerful manner and answers questions to ensure quality customer service.
• Retrieves and manages shopping carts, keeps parking areas and porches clean, and assists with trash/recycling.
• Helps customers by loading groceries into vehicles and maintains store cleanliness.
• Monitors safety and keeps entrances/exits clear of hazards.
• Assists cashiers by bagging groceries and responding to pages; cleans and restocks as needed.
• Notifies management of repairs or supply needs and helps maintain department/store operations.
