El Car Wash is seeking a friendly Customer Experience Advisor to welcome guests and drive membership sign-ups at our Jacksonville location. You’ll convert interactions into loyalty, handle concerns gracefully, and keep the site clean and inviting.

Experience in sales or hospitality is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is a strong asset for South Florida markets. We offer flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with base pay plus commission and a focus on outstanding customer service.

• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets.
