Job summary

The Google Cloud Platform team at Google helps customers transform and build what's next for their business using scalable cloud technology. This role focuses on end-to-end deployment planning, cross-team coordination, and technical leadership across customers and partners.

With strong experience in cloud native architectures, you will engage with executives and drive deployments while traveling up to 25% as needed. Competitive compensation includes a base salary, bonus target, and equity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
  • Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
  • Experience engaging with, presenting to, or managing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and orchestrate end-to-end deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
  • Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve blockers and accelerate deployment.
  • Drive and track ramp of workloads from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
  • Sustain product usage to help customers realize value and renewals.

Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
  • Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
  • Experience engaging with, presenting to, or managing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience selling technical solutions in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations or security.
  • Experience with Google Cloud products and differentiation from competition.
  • Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java), and using technical proficiencies to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
  • Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks (e.g., A2A, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
  • Experience navigating the startup life-cycle, from initial prototyping with AI Studio to scaling and achieving product-market fit on Vertex AI.

  • Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer, professional services, and partner teams, on-boarding the implementation team, clearing blockers, managing timelines and progress, and ensuring readiness (e.g., capacity, training).
  • Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
  • Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads, moving customers from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
  • Sustain product usage to help customers realize value on an ongoing basis and secure future agreement renewals.
