Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an experienced field service technician in New South Wales, Australia to install, maintain, repair and upgrade customer equipment and related hardware, software and network components across diverse environments.

You will diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting to restore service, provide technical support, and maintain relationships with customers while escalating when needed and completing service reports in line with SLAs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, repairs, and upgrades customer equipment and related hardware/software/Network components.
• Performs diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to restore service and minimize downtime.
• Provides technical support across a range of customer environments and third-party technologies.
• Maintains day-to-day customer relationships, communicates service updates, and escalates issues as required.
• Diagnoses problems based on service requests, system observations, and customer feedback to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Responsible for ownership of customer issues through to resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Completes maintenance, service, and activity reports while ensuring compliance with operational and safety procedures.
