Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is hiring Customer Engagement Specialists to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Hickory, NC. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, with part-time and full-time opportunities.

You’ll connect with homeowners, learn their needs, and introduce ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy speaking with shoppers.
• Sales experience in retail or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to store locations.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings attendance required.
• Background check will be conducted as per law.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as Brand Ambassador educating customers on ARS services and home improvement solutions.
