Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to support service center operations in Midland, TX. The role combines warehouse duties with on-site delivery responsibilities and customer-facing tasks to ensure world-class service.

You will handle orders, maintain stock, and assist sales activities while upholding safety and accuracy. A valid license and the ability to lift heavy items are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service / warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal English grammar.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent; on-site work; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders, ship/receive materials, and maintain stock areas and inventory.
• Interact with customers at the Service Center and during deliveries to support satisfaction.
• Partner with Service Center operations to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Receive/verify inbound materials, prepare sales orders, stock and supplies, and verify merchandise.
• Follow daily schedules and work orders; use equipment as required.
• Assist in counter/telephone sales, order pulling, and customer calls.
