Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Modesto, CA is seeking a Warehouse Teammate/Delivery Driver to join our team. You will count, verify, receive shipments, stock the warehouse, pick and pack orders, and load/unload trucks while maintaining safety and accuracy to ensure top-notch customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in warehouse receiving and material handling, can operate a forklift, and meet age and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
Be at least 21 years old.
Possess a proper and valid driver's license.
Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy.
Be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before beginning work and again at least every two years while employed and performing this job function.
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
