Ewing Outdoor Supply in California is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join our operations team in a hands-on role that blends customer service, warehouse work, and local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world‑class customer service.
• Warehouse associate experience and/or delivery driver experience preferred.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (training provided).
• Spanish bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked warehouse and yard, while following all safety standards.
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers; assist with cycle counts.
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles and deliver to local job sites with great service.
