Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Abide by service standards, greeting customers and making them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks, cashier's checks).
• Cross-sell products and services to customers and refer to appropriate business lines.
