Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Universal Banker at our Junction City, KS branch. This role blends teller, personal banker, and customer service duties to deliver retail banking products and solutions, while developing new business with customers.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with training provided; emphasis on customer service, accurate cash handling, and a proactive approach to meeting branch goals and client needs across the local community.

Competenze

• Customer service experience is a MUST.
• Cash handling experience is a MUST.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required—WILL TRAIN!

Mansioni

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers.
• Perform teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Ability to focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meets/exceeds sales and referral goals and meets/exceeds individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.
