Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales through personalized recommendations and friendly service.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and promote store membership while maintaining clean displays and accurate transactions. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred; notice periods and flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Basic math abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet and assist customers, acknowledge presence and offer help.
• Assess customer needs and guide to relevant merchandise with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
• Maintain appealing merchandise displays and store visuals.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with inventory, restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively sell merchandise.
• Keep the store clean and professional at all times.
• Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
