Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service in a retail setting. You will greet donors and customers, operate the POS system, and help maintain an attractive sales floor aligned with our mission.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a neat appearance. Prior POS experience is preferred, and 18+ is required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist customers and answer phones professionally.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Organize, color-coordinate and rotate merchandise for an attractive sales floor.
• Promote Goodwill Keystone Area and its mission to customers and donors.
• Support safety and cleanliness standards and participate in events.
