Responsibilities

Produce and give extraordinary customer service, helping customers as they enter the store.
Promote and sell services and merchandise.
Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
Uphold company policies and standards from manuals and memos.
Assist in daily operations, including work lists, shipments, and store maintenance.
Present merchandise to promote and sell goods using product knowledge.
Achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
Communicate merchandise needs and pricing concerns to management.
Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
