Job summary

US Foods, Inc. CHEF’S STORE is seeking a Sales Associate to support front-end operations, stocking, and customer courtesy in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves checkout duties, shelf replenishment, and providing exceptional service to shoppers.

The position requires flexibility across departments, including Meat/Frozen, Produce, Dairy, and Dry Goods/Culinary Equipment. Must be able to work shifts between 5:00am and 7:00pm, with availability Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
• Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front End: operate POS, assist customers, and ensure accurate checkout processes.
• Sales Floor/Stocking: receive shipments, stock shelves, rotate with FIFO, label merchandise.
• Customer Courtesy: maintain clean, safe store environment and assist customers.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts as needed.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and price changes as directed by leadership.
