Job summary

MINISO USA in New York is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, greet shoppers, and promote the store's membership program. You will use product knowledge to make tailored recommendations, process transactions accurately at the POS, and help maintain visually appealing displays while supporting promotions and events.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, andRetail sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and manage multiple customers.

• Process sales accurately using the POS system.
• Perform stock/restock and organize inventory.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment.
• Support store promotions and events.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, potential overnight shifts and travel.
