Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Sales Associate in Fredericksburg, VA to deliver excellent customer experiences. You will greet customers, assess needs, provide recommendations, and promote our membership program to grow sales while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

You should be comfortable handling transactions, working a flexible schedule including weekends, and possessing strong communication and math skills. Retail experience is preferred.
