• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures
• Initiates store recovery and maintains store cleanliness
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participates in safety and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
