Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel daily between Family Express locations or other non-Family Express locations when necessary.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds expectations of the Family Express culture by building relationships and serving as a product brand advocate.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly accounting, banking, and auditing functions using Company approved procedures.
• Operates and maintains all approved food service and store equipment.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the menu and be able to recommend items and answer customer questions.
• Prepares food orders accurately and to specification, ensuring recipe integrity.
• Adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during preparation, service, and clean up.
• Maintains sanitation of the food service area and equipment.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications for all food.
• Completes shift duty checklists, line check forms, and records temperatures.
• Maintains inventory levels and stock during the shift.
