Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise and services; providing quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in administration of credit program; assists with store inventory and merchandise pickup as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
