Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Minnesota with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Earn a starting rate of $20/hour with growth opportunities to $22/hour through performance-based programs and periodic increases.

Shift options run 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with a 7-day-a-week schedule and rotating days off. Roles include driving vehicles to customers, loading haulers, and completing related paperwork following safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and built-in growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the vehicle for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
