PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Chain professional to act as the main liaison between Supply Chain and Sales, ensuring full visibility of the product portfolio and optimal service levels. You will drive improvements, coordinate scheduling and transportation, and monitor inventory and forecasts to support customer growth.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 3–5 years of logistics experience, and advanced Excel plus BI reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally in customer-facing roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Proven experience creating, managing, and analyzing BI reports with Power BI/Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact between Supply Chain and Sales with full visibility of the product portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service levels through proactive engagement.
• Manage scheduling, transportation, and repacking follow-up with production for availability.
• Monitor weekly inventory per SKU and prepare optimized replenishment orders for the DC.
• Provide portfolio visibility to Sales and align priorities with supply constraints.
• Track marketing plans, ensure volumes reflect in forecasts, and adjust orders to optimize truck utilization.
• Deliver service level reporting, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
