Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods as needed.
• Experience using a computer and entering information at the POS.
• Minimum lift of 10 lbs; up to 15 lbs with accommodation.
• Possession of sales licensure/registration if law requires in your state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers at the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, handle payments and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful service.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and assist with other duties.
