Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven, efficient retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Proficiency in basic math skills and basic computer skills.
• Must be dependable and flexible to work scheduled shifts.
• Must adhere to safety standards.
• Uniform dress code adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operates a cash register and completes checkout procedures efficiently.
• Follows all check-out and cash handling policies.
• Maintains shelf readiness and accurate pricing per guidelines.
• Assists unloading and stocking groceries and perishables.
• Keeps store clean and safe, including floors, restrooms, and backroom.
• Delivers friendly, courteous customer service and assists in training team members.
