The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Travel ~5% and on-call duties are part of the job, with a base pay range posted between $66,400 and $99,600 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in software support or similar role.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases, Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document and track customer problems.
• Create support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on software usage.
• Travel approximately 5% to customer locations in the United States.
• Participate in an on-call rotation during non-business hours.
