Qualifications

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Able to operate the POS system efficiently.
• Ability to read, write and perform math skills.
• Must communicate in English and present a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arrives in uniform and presents a clean appearance.
• Greets customers warmly and processes sales quickly.
• Uses credit card equipment and handles transactions accurately.
• Maintains proper stocking and pricing of items.
• Keeps store neat inside and outside; reports issues to management.
• Follows food handling guidelines and safety procedures.
• Assists in ordering and checks vendor deliveries.
• Performs opening/closing paperwork and shift tasks.
• Provides friendly, prompt customer service and dependable attendance.
• Works holidays, weekends, and any shift as needed.
