Greet shoppers, handle transactions, stay informed on promotions, assist with inventory, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and retail software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
