Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a friendly retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service, greet guests, and help customers find products. You will build relationships to suggest items and contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced store environment.

Role requires a high school diploma (21+), reliability, and a positive, energetic attitude. You’ll maintain a clean store, assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and stock replenishment, with growth

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs in a positive manner.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business.
• Assist with all store functions in line with policies.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked store for customers.
• Open/close the store and handle cash/deposits with supervision.
• Travel not required; local store coverage.
• Maintain store appearance, back room, and work area.
• Support management with tasks and projects as needed.
