Job summary

Enmarket is seeking Sales Associates to operate the station during shifts, deliver first-class service, and uphold store policies. You will engage with customers, promote specials, and contribute to store profitability while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, preparing shift reports, and maintaining a welcoming, safe store environment. 18+ and physical duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk/soft drinks, beer and juice containers.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products; work in various temperatures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet customers with a smile.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote specials.
• Ensure safe store operations and maintain store appearance and safety.
