Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back accurately
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the store
• Supports store safety initiatives and shrink reduction programs
• Other duties as assigned
