Job summary

Walmart is seeking janitorial associates to ensure customers have a great first and last impression, from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area. You will help maintain a clean and safe environment and be an ambassador for Walmart by smiling, greeting, and assisting customers.

The role is full-time with shifts starting between 8:00am–11:00am or 1:00pm–4:00pm and includes duties such as cleaning, cart movement, and maintaining a presentable store, especially during busy evenings,

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clean and presentable work area and store surroundings.
• Support associates across the store as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful service.
• Scan items, bag items, and keep checkout area tidy.
• Move carts from parking lot and keep restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot clean.
• Assist with store-wide janitorial tasks during busy periods.
