Job summary

Crownway Mart is seeking a dedicated store team member to deliver excellent customer service, manage time, greet guests, and handle cash transactions accurately. You will maintain merchandise display standards, stock shelves, and ensure safety procedures are followed throughout the shift.

The role requires the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with customers and co-workers and manage all shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks and drug tests as part of employment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; operate the computerized cash register.
• Verify age for tobacco and liquor products; process payments via credit, debit, EBT or cash.
• Restock shelves, stock cooler, and maintain clean facilities inside and outside the store.
• Assist with safekeeping of cash drawer and ensure accurate shift paperwork.
