Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 3200-Westfield West County-WHBM-Des Peres, MO 63131. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining an inviting store space. Availability nights/weekends/holidays is important; applicants must be at least 16 in MO and 18 in other states.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Age requirements: MO state minimum 16 years old; other states 18 years old.
