Job summary

Worldpac in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to safely deliver orders and pick up returns, while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and teammates.

You will create and maintain records, dispatch orders, generate delivery manifests, and move merchandise by part and quantity, ensuring items are located, picked up, and signed for, while obeying safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders or picks up returns safely and courteously.
• Creates and maintains records as needed.
• Dispatches orders and generates delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sorts, organizes and prepares merchandise for storage or to other designated areas by part and quantity.
• Ensures orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collects funds from customers if needed and maintains all necessary documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.
