Mission: The Customer Care Technical Representative is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, upselling, and maximizing customer satisfaction. The role involves being the key point of contact for daily customer business, building strong relationships with existing customers, and developing new ones. Providing an excellent customer experience and maintaining professionalism are essential.

The work environment is representative of an office setting, with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. The noise level is usually low to moderate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical parts support, maintain technical documentation across all Epiroc product lines with accuracy.
  • Respond to calls and emails, create quotes and proposals, and handle inquiries about stock, pricing, lead times, and specifications.
  • Manage inside sales processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate issues related to sales, pricing, deliveries, and technical problems.
  • Coordinate with logistics to expedite orders and deliveries.
  • Support warranty work order processes, submit claims, and monitor order completion.
  • Participate in training programs and provide training for customers and dealers.
  • Support internal team development and training efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years in a Technical Inside Sales/Customer Service role.
  • Experience in mining and/or construction industries is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially technical and analytical communication.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities with high accuracy.
  • May require on-call hours based on business needs.
  • Experience in full cycle sales management and B2C/B2B sales preferred.

Compensation: Hourly pay rate $33.00/hr - $45.00/hr
