MAC Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchise in Texas, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Houston. You will be the first contact for customers calling our stores, delivering friendly, professional service.

You will receive training on our computer system and gain confidence working with customers. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for advancement; all information is kept confidential in line with EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone and in-store.
• Provide friendly assistance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
