Purple is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide world-class support across calls, chats, emails, and more from our Utah office. You'll join our Comfort Gurus team, helping customers with post-purchase questions, warranty issues, and returns while delivering an exceptional service experience.

The compensation target for this role is: $15.00 - $17.50

It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives on solving problems.
This full‑time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
