Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or earned degree helpful.
• Professional, friendly demeanor; enjoy helping people; comfort with recommending products and solutions
• Ability to work regularly in a fast-paced, retail setting
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Reliable; solid work ethic
• Desire to work M-F from 8-5 with limited overtime
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment steps

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and coordinate daily closeout and deposit.
• Post payments and schedule gas deliveries and other services.
• Promote and sell Blossman Gas core line of appliances and services.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain customer relations and consultative selling approach.
