Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Massachusetts. You will deliver friendly customer service, operate the cashier, stock shelves, and assist pharmacy staff as needed.

This full-time position offers about 30 hours weekly, with a pay range of $15.00–$22.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, but a high school diploma is acceptable; training is provided to help you grow

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues.
• Greet customers and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and manage price updates.
• Support opening/closing store activities.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and learn CVS services.
