Provide support to customers by servicing their various inquiries through multiple channels such as phone, fax, US Mail, face-to-face, online and self-service channels, including but not limited to general service requirements, billing inquiries, payments, deposits, and other related customer service matters for various products and services. Analyze accounts to make decisions and complete transactions that resolve customer inquiries on the first contact.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
Work Hours: Schedule varies based on operational needs: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; or 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Lunch: 30 minutes
Location: Hilo - Hawaii Island; Hybrid schedule with required 2 days in office

The ATRs were established with the PUC's Decision and Order No. 35962 issued on December 19, 2018, and subsequently modified by Order No. 36112, issued on January 24, 2019, in Docket No. 2018-0065. With Decision and Order No. 42409, issued on March 23, 2026, in Docket No. 2025-0391, the PUC indefinitely suspended certain sections of the ATRs.
