Associated Bank is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Wisconsin to join a friendly, high-performing team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and deliver superior service.

Training others and promoting bank products are also part of the role. The position offers Sunday time off, eligibility for a $50 Saturday bonus, a bilingual English/Spanish differential, potential hourly increases, and on-site events.

Qualifications

• High School required.
• Less than 2 years customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales experience required.

This person will

• Respond to customer’s telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions.
• Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business.
• Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
• Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
