Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an organized Accounts Administrator in Hobart, IN to handle invoicing, verify receipts, and maintain customer relationships. You will prepare reports, coordinate product and shift schedules with the warehouse team, and work with Operations on special client requests to expedite as needed.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency, with a weekly to monthly reporting focus and a commitment to accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.

Responsibilities

Job description

Schedule: Sunday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
