In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential recruits, representing the United States Army and providing them with essential information. As part of the front-line team, you'll help shape their first impression and play a crucial role in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and record contact information from potential United States Army recruits.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Manage and distribute recruitment leads to appropriate local recruiters.
