Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative will be a member of the team responsible for being the primary contact for incoming customer and branch calls. This role requires frequent communication with customers, branch personnel, and Shared Services team members. You will assist customers or branches with their requests when possible, or transfer calls within Shared Services for further assistance. The position involves working with SAP, so prior experience is beneficial. Success in this role depends on a customer-first attitude, willingness to learn new functions, and a positive contribution to team performance.

Essential Functions
  • Provide professional administrative and telephone support for incoming customer and branch calls to Financial Shared Services, aiming for first call resolution.
  • Address general questions regarding statements or correspondence related to supply accounts, installment accounts, and branch inquiries.
  • Update the automated credit card system accurately and in compliance with internal & PCI controls for account changes.
  • Process customer credit card or electronic check payments over the phone accurately and securely.
  • Act as a liaison between branch offices and Financial Shared Services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm CT

Starting compensation: $15.19/hr

This role is eligible for hire in the following states: AL, AK, AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL (excluding Chicago), IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN (excluding Minneapolis & St. Paul), MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WV, WI, WY

The potential compensation range for this role is $15.19 - $18.65, based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
