The Customer Care Representative will be a member of the team responsible for being the primary contact for incoming customer and branch calls. This role requires frequent communication with customers, branch personnel, and Shared Services team members. You will assist customers or branches with their requests when possible, or transfer calls within Shared Services for further assistance. The position involves working with SAP, so prior experience is beneficial. Success in this role depends on a customer-first attitude, willingness to learn new functions, and a positive contribution to team performance.
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm CT
Starting compensation: $15.19/hr
